With the continuous development of social economy, the traditional practice teaching management mode of higher vocational colleges can not meet the development needs of today's society. Therefore, vocational colleges urgently need to use scientific and effective practice teaching management mode to ensure teaching quality. Many studies have shown that Total Quality Management (TQM) plays an important role in the field of western education management. It plays an important role in the improvement of educationalmanagement level, the improvement of educational benefit and the enhancement of school competitiveness. In the teaching system of higher vocational education, practice teaching occupies an important position and plays an irreplaceable role in the improvement of students' practical ability.Therefore, the establishment of a system of vocational colleges, improve the quality of teaching practice management system, its future development will have far-reaching impact.In this paper, the importance of talent training for the quality of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges is taken as the starting point. Taking H vocational colleges in Liaoning province as the research object, this paper carries out sampling survey and analysis. On the basis of summarizing a large amount of literature, Quality management system theory to elaborate. This paper analyzes the existing research results, existing problems and causes of the practice teaching quality management system in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some effective methods on the basis of this, which is of great significance to the construction of practice teaching quality management in higher vocational colleges System has a significant role in the new situation for the practical teaching quality of higher vocational colleges in the management of theoretical reference and practical reference has far-reaching significance.
