A Study On Female Normal College Graduates' Current Employment Situation And The Countermeasures

The number of the female students in normal colleges is increasing due to tradition and various realistic factors.Enormous female normal graduates are facing more challenges with the gradual carrying out of the reform of the Teacher Certification Exam and the full implementation of the new selection system and policy of teachers,as well as the limitation caused by genders and majors.,compared with other female graduates' troubles,these problems are special.Experts and scholars concerned with the graduates 'employment situation have done many researches and studies from different perspectives and offered advice and suggestions,but specific researches on the employment situation of the specific group of female normal graduates are comparatively less,which rarely meet the needs in reality.Starting with analyzing the complex employment environment the female normal graduates faced,this thesis objectively explores the positive and negative factors and takes the female normal graduates' employment problem as a social task to form the mainframe and research approach.The main problems the female normal graduates faced are explored through the deep research of their current employment situation and the comprehensive survey of the reform process of the Teacher Certification Exam and the new policies of teacher recruitment of different areas.In order to help the female normal graduates be employed smoothly and with higher qualities,considering the favorable factors and the problems found out from the researches and practice,the paper brings forward the strategies and suggestions from 4 dimensions of the government,schools,female normal graduates and families,involving the establishment and performance of the employment policies,the implementation of the practical employment education,the all-dimensional preparation of the graduates,the proper support from the parents,etc.
