Research On University Students' Entrepreneurship Education

The government makes much account of university students'entrepreneurship education and their comprehensive qualities along with the development of higher education reform in recent years. It is not only an expedient measure to relieve the burden of graduates'employment by entrepreneurship education, but more important, cultivate students'comprehensive qualities, innovation and capacity to adapt social development. However, the predominant problem in realistic society is employment orientation deviates from employment guide of government, which is high desire but low practice in entrepreneurship.The research on university students'entrepreneurship education is beneficial to make certain cognition of the society and themselves. Accordingly, stimulate their interpersonal skill, professional skill, coordination ability and innovation ability and then achieve the goal to train fully developed overall talent.This paper expounds the research background, goal and significance of university students' entrepreneurship education synoptically. Take the undergraduate students from Gannan Normal University as examples, investigate entrepreneurship education acceptance among them and then choose some students who take part in the entrepreneurship competition as cases, reach a conclusion that the students' entrepreneurship is mainly affected by the following four aspects:lack of autognosis, teacher's insufficient ability on guiding, poor in professional courses, week in the ability of cooperation from the entrepreneurship and the careless about entrepreneurship in the Normal University. It proposes measures to build students' entrepreneurship education system for Gannan Normal University:improve the students'autognosis, strengthen professional guide, set up entrepreneurship course, optimize team and enhance the attention on entrepreneurship from the Normal University system.
