| Under the background of entrepreneurship and innovation,entrepreneurship education is increasingly seen as a powerful driving force for social and economic transformation.The evaluation system of entrepreneurship education provides a development direction for exploring the effect of entrepreneurship education not only in normal universities but also in other types of colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of 66 literatures related to the evaluation of entrepreneurship education,this study builds an evaluation system for the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in normal universities based on the theory of planned behavior and the analytic hierarchy process.The system consists of a total of 17 subjective and objective indicators in five parts: student satisfaction,teacher strength,entrepreneurial support,entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial practice.Taking Yunnan Normal University as an example,the empirical research on the applicability and practicability of the evaluation system of entrepreneurship education in normal universities was conducted through questionnaires and statistical analysis.The research shows that the practice orientation of the evaluation system of entrepreneurship education in normal universities is clear,and the entrepreneurial education significantly affects the improvement of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship and effectively promotes students’ entrepreneurial enthusiasm.In conclusion,the paper puts forward the following recommendations.First of all,the evaluation of the effect of entrepreneurship education in normal universities should profoundly grasp the idea of “promoting construction by evaluation and promoting reform by evaluation”,promoting the connotative development of evaluation implementation,and facing the “uncertainty principle” in educational evaluation.Secondly,the key to strengthening the quality of entrepreneurship education in normal universities is to improve the research level of entrepreneurial education evaluation theory,strengthen the development and construction of localized curriculum system,create a high-quality entrepreneurship education teaching staff,and improve the entrepreneurial platform construction and fund management.Thirdly,explore the guarantee mechanism for the implementation of the evaluation system of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,create a good campus entrepreneurial culture atmosphere,improve the quality feedback mechanism of effect evaluation,maintain follow-up research and promote the sustainable development of the evaluation system of entrepreneurship education in normal universities. |
