Study On Inspiring Learning Motivation Of Adult Learner

With the construction of learning society and life-long education,the motivation for adult education is being paid more and more attention to.This paper selects some adults students as study object,takes correlative learning motivation theories as base and makes the status of its investigation as foundation,analyzes the impact of facts,provides several measures for inspiring their learning motivation from the macro,meso and micro levels.This paper discusses questions from five sections.The first section introduces the study background,the purpose and meaning, then to define some basic concepts, to describe the research contents and the basic ideas and methods;the second section introduces the study status at home and abroad and definition of relevant concepts;the third section introduces the point and type of learning motivation, interprete the relevant theory of learning motivation,so as to provide the theoretical basis for the paper;the fourth section analyzes the results of the survey;the fifth section from the macro (government and society), meso (school management and educational institutions) and micro (teachers and students) three levels of motivation to encourage adult learning.
