This research aims to explre the relationship among professional identity,welling-bing and turnover intention in private univeristy teachers.300 full-tine teachers working in private university are chosen to take in the questionaire by employing 3 measures:Professional Identity Qustionaire, Multiple Happiness Qustionaire, Turnover Intention Qustionaire. Data from this survey are analyzed throngh SPSS 17.0 and LISREL8.70. The results show that well-being,professional identity and turnover intention of teachers are effected by several demograghic variables, such as sex,salary,students,subujec tand family. Professional identity, welling-bing and turnover intention in private univeristy teachers are corelationed with one another. And some conlusions can be drawn after analysis:1. Multiple Happiness Qustionaire is appropriate for the Well-Being study of private univeristy teachers; 2. The level of professional identity and Well-Being is a little higher, the turnover intention of teachers is not obvious. Professional identity is positively corelated with well-being, Professional identity and well-being are both negtively corelated with turnover intenion; 3. Professional identity can predict Well-Being of teachers positively, Professional identity and well-bing can predict turnover intenion negtively; 4. Personality growth and positive affection are the mediators in the process of Professional identity influencing turnover intention. So a suggestion can be given that it can be solved through government private university and teachers working in private university to decrease the turnover intention of teachers.
