Young people are the most active and dynamic force in the entire society,and shoulder the arduous task of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As an important force for social development in the new era,the career development of young employees has received widespread attention.At present,young employees are at a high level of turnover rate,showing a generally low level of professional identity,which affects the stability of their career development.The thesis takes career planning as an entry point to analyze its relationship with professional identity.Then the thesis explores the impact of different demographic characteristics on career identity and career planning,and hopes to give suggestions to improve young employees' career identity and promote their career development.The thesis takes young employees as the research object,uses the questionnaire survey method to understand the current status of the group's career planning and career identification.The thesis analyzes the data with the help of SPSS software.The study draws the following conclusions: First,career planning and career identity are generally moderately related.And the dimensions of career planning and career identity are different.From high to low,they are career planning management,career decision-making,environmental awareness,and self-cognition.Second,career planning and career identity are affected by demographic variables such as gender,age,marital status,length of work,salary level.Third,nearly 90% of the individuals surveyed have participated in career planning training activities in different ways.According to the data analysis results,the study believes that career planning can positively predict career identity,that is,the better the career planning,the higher the degree of career identity.Therefore,in order to enhance professional identity and help young employees achieve better career development,necessary suggestions are given:first of all,young employees need to strengthen their career planning management and implement action plans.Secondly,enterprises should provide career planningtraining,formulate a reasonable salary system,and provide more social support for young employees.Third,schools should give full play to the leading role of education,and build a complete career planning education system.Finally,society should vigorously develop relevant training institutions to provide more social members with help and support in career development.
