| Financial institutions'training aim is to cultivate application-oriented talents. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary for teachers to have high quality and strong practical ability. But the reality is exactly the opposite. The teachers of financial institutions don't understand the fundamental value of practical ability, so it is difficult for the teachers to guide students. In the context, the author put forward the starting point of the study; financial teachers become the research object.Chapter one:In this chapter,the author introduces the backgrounds and the causes for choosing this subject which makes it clearer that it is important to strengthen the trainning of financial teachers'practial ability.By summarizing the relevant research achievement in and abroad,the author determined on the subject of this thesis.Chapter two: The theoretical basis of training financial institutions teachers'practical ability. This chapter defines teachers' practical ability, and analyzes the characteristics and measures standard of practical ability. The author thinks practical ability is consisting of professional practical ability and life practical ability. Professional practice capacities include teaching practical ability, actual work ability and scientific practical ability. Life practical ability mainly include teachers ability, interpersonal ability, but teachers'life practical ability is achieved by themselves, and external factors have little influence on teachers' life practical ability, so the teachers' practical ability mentioned in this study is only referring to teachers' professional practice ability.Chapter three: Existing problem of training financial institutions teachers'practical ability. Based on the existing related research, the author summarizes two problems about the training situation of financial institutions teachers' practical ability, and then analyzes the problems from three aspects.Chapter four: The way of training financial institutions way teachers' practical ability. The research mainly explains them from three aspects; first ,the college role on cultivating financial teachers'practical ability; second, the self cultivation strategies of financial teachers; third, external factors of training the financial teachers' practical ability, mainly in clouding government policy guidance and cooperation training function between employing unit and university.Chapter five: The supporting measures of training financial institutions teachers' practical ability. This chapter analyzes four supporting measures: government and university shall establish special fund, incentive mechanism, rewards and punishment system and teachers' assessment system. |
