In the 21 st century,with the continuous development of education,all kinds of educational subjects show a more professional trend in the field of education,especially the professional requirements of teachers.The specialization of teachers is the inevitable requirement to realize the "powerful country of science and education" and the objective expression of the development level of education in China.Since the18 th National Congress of the Party,the Party Central Committee has attached unprecedented importance to ideological and political education.The ideological and political course in middle schools is a part of ideological and political education.The key to running the ideological and political course in middle schools lies in teachers.Therefore,we begin to study and accumulate the theory,connotation and significance of teachers' professional accomplishment in middle school,and put forward the optimization strategy of teachers professional accomplishment in middle school.This paper is mainly composed of five parts,the first part of the introduction:mainly introduces the reasons for choosing this topic,the theoretical and practical significance of the subject research,a certain degree of synthesis according to the existing domestic and foreign research results on teachers' professional literacy,the research methods adopted,the conditions in the writing process and the difficulties,and finally the innovation of the analysis of this topic.The second part is the text part,there are four chapters.The first chapter is mainly to clarify the core concepts of "accomplishment "," accomplishment" and "quality" difference," teacher professional literacy ";the second section is mainly to "middle school ideological and political teachers professional literacy" composition.The second chapter mainly discusses the necessity of optimizing the professional accomplishment of middle school ideological and political teachers from the perspective of the new curriculum reform: the first section of the new curriculum reform puts forward new requirements for middle school ideological and political teachers;the second section mainly discusses the requirements of middle school teachers' professional standards.The first section of the third chapter mainly discusses the current situation and existing problems of ideological and political teachers professional literacy in middle schools in the process of the further development of the new curriculum reform.
