Ideological and political theory courses in University is both the main front and main channel of students'ideological and political education to take the great responsibility of cultivating their ideals, morality, culture and discipline from the classes. The effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses which regarded as the lifeline of the teaching, being more and more concerned and focused now. It has the direct impact on the effectiveness of ideological and political education and the practical needs of students during their growth and success processes.This paper try to enhance the effectiveness of teaching and achieve the goals of education based on the existing research results. It uphold the view of scientific development and personnel cultivation based on the concept of people-centered, emphasizing the people-centered educational philosophy and highlighting the subject role in the teaching process, regarding teachers and students'psychological feelings and psychological problems as the turning point of this article, which helped to design this questionnaire about the teacher-students'degree recognition of ideological and political theory courses through analyzing the main factors that affect the courses. By conducting the method of sample survey in teachers and students in universities and comparative analysis of the data, we find some psychological problems in ideological political teachings and the key factor that constrains the effectiveness of the ideological and political theory courses is the psychological problems between teachers and students in the teaching processes so as to help to research the countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political theory courses in universities.This paper was divided into four main parts: the first part is the significance, the purpose and the overview of the research; the second part investigated on the degree recognition of ideological and political theory courses between teachers and students through the method of empirical study and analyzed the differences among different categories of teachers and students;. The third part was the results of the research questions. It drew out the psychological problems that expressed by teachers and students in the teaching processes by linking the analysis of survey data to statistical analysis of the results in the second part. The fourth part made countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political theory teaching from the three-dimensional degree of university, teachers and students. It has become an important issue in the ideological political theory teaching with far-reaching academic value and great practical significance when facing the new tasks and requirements of ideological and political theory teaching that affected by the great changes and development of the society and how to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in Universities to update the society and enhance the quality of personnel development.
