Mathematics as the most basic natural science subjects, is the indispensable basis for primary and secondary school subjects is the development of intelligence, develop a student's ability essential subjects. In student learning, the mathematical difficulties become troubled by a considerable number of students difficulties, there has been an increasing number of mathematical learning difficulties of Health, which became a troubled student mathematics teachers in a major challenge. At present students with learning difficulties in mathematics few studies of mathematics learning difficulties of Health study of the characteristics of mathematics learning is scarcer, in view of this, this paper several characteristics of mathematics learning difficulties students had a more specific study.In this paper, the concept of students with learning difficulties were defined. And then pairs of students with learning difficulties at home and abroad mathematics studies were summarized in a unified and literature review. Then through questionnaires and personal interviews with the results of analysis of mathematical learning difficulties of students mathematics learning behavior, including learning habits, learning initiative in the performance of mathematical learning difficulties hygiene awareness features, including several difficulties of students knowledge base and meta-cognitive characteristics, characteristics of non-intellectual factors, including the interest in learning mathematics learning, learning attitude and willpower to learn and learning to conduct a detailed study of emotion. Through the above study to identify mathematical characteristics of Poor Students in mathematics learning, allowing for the majority of mathematics teachers and mathematics teaching provides research material for researchers to explore the factors that affect students learning. Finally, according to Poor Students in mathematics learning habits is not good, poor motivation to learn, knowledge base and meta-cognition, as well as the relative lack of interest in learning is not high, does not correct learning attitude, learning emotional weaknesses and learning the characteristics of willpower make mathematics teaching three proposals: first, to develop students interest in learning mathematics, will, and change the attitude of student learning so as to enhance student learning in mathematics initiative and enthusiasm; second, to guide students to improve the poor study habits, using the correct mathematical learning method; Third, the emphasis on students learning basic knowledge of mathematics, to form a good mathematical ability.
