The Research Of Individualized Educational Resource Platform For Cultivating Master Of Education

With the development of society, especially the coming of learning and informational society, lifelong education have become the tide and tendency of the global education, and expect teachers more and higher at the same time. From1997,master degree of education was set up in our country,and the main purpose is to develop advanced professionals on foundational educational teaching and administration. Its degree establishment is the inevitable request in the teacher's specializing course and one of the important ways to improve teachers' professional quality. The developing scale of M.Ed has extended gradually and comes into a good situation for over ten years. But we must recognize that the special group of M.Ed has much particularity in the aspects of learning background, conditions and so on, some problems which affect the quality of training were overlooked in the practice of the training. The training of M.Ed should guide with school education and dominant with self-determined learning, and adopt training model of intensive class and distance education. Therefore, the author design and develop an individualized educational resource platform, and expectations can help M.Ed to develop self-determined and individual learning, and solve their conflict between work and study, and then further improve the training quality of master of education.Based on cognitive flexibility theory,humanistic theory of learning and knowledge management theory, the paper analyzes present situation of domestic and foreign about the development of education degree of master and the construction of educational resource. The paper studies master of education which are learning in Liaoning Normal University, and acquire their needs of an individualized educational resource platform for cultivating master of education by questionnaire survey. On that basis, this paper took"modern educational technology"subject as the point of study, explored the practice for individualized educational resource platform, and the emphasis is placed on the process of design and implementation of the platform. The platform mainly utilizes designer involving rational rose and Powerdesigner. The platform adopts more popular development mode of JSP+Servlet+JavaBean,and powerful MyEclipse development tools, and perfect MySQL database and Tomcat application server , and make good use of the conception and technology of Web2.0 in personalized respect. It has been proved in practice that the platform can meet M.Ed's demand of self-determined and individual learning, and enables them to obtain the educational resource and resource service more efficiently and fast, and then promote learner's effective learning and development.
