The economic, political and society of China have undergone profound changes since the reform and opening. This revolution impacted every corner of the society, the college students, as a sensitive groups of the society, are suffer significant influence in their thoughts, ideas, life and habits. The learning enthusiasm are the most prominent factor. Therefore, the study of the college student's learning enthusiasm have become a hot topic that many scholars explored.This paper, embarked on the college students'learning enthusiasm, based on carding and synthesis of the research literature at home and abroad , reviewed of the concept of learning enthusiasm and the factors that influenced the college students'learning enthusiasm,in this foundation, the author determind the concept of the college students'learning enthusiasm and used the method of concept operation in sociological study to build the gvaluation index system which including 10specific indicators from 4 aspects as learning cognition, learning emotion, learning volition, learning behavior. The author summarized the present situation and characteristics of college students'learning enthusiasm by combining with the example of a college of Henan Province.On the study of the influencing factors of the college students'learning enthusiasm, the paper used a combination research method of qualitative study and quantitative study, combined with research results of previous studies and field interviews, combined with the theory of Social Consciousness and Social Existence and the theory of human nature in the Ideological and Political Education, proposed three levels that affect college students'learning enthusiasm specifically from the social level, school level and the family levels (a total of 19 factors), put forward the research hypothesis, designed and carried out the investigation, used SPSS13.0 software to conduct statistical analysis to the common undergraduate course university in Henan Province, used the Lee Likert5-level scale studied the factors of three levels. The research concluded that: the family atmosphere and the school academic atmosphere, class and dormitory environment, teachers'personality charm, teachers'teaching level, current economic situation, the relationship between faculty and students, concepts and attitudes among students, social employment situation and other nine factors are the key factor except of social habits and their parents educational levels, they all have a significant effect to college students'learning enthusiasm. among which, the school level is on the leading position, but to a certain extent., the social and the family levels also affect college students'learning enthusiasm .Finally, used the system theory, the paper analyzed the structure of the college students'learning enthusiasm system and divided it into internal process system and external environmental systems, Meanwhile, the paper planed the college students'learning enthusiasm system and provide the decision-making basis for the college students'learning enthusiasm.
