Students mainly get the language literacy from the reading teaching and then can improve their ability of reading. Individualized teaching means teachers first divide students into some types according to their personalities and mentalities. Different kinds of students will be taught by different methods which are suitable for their practical situation. In this way, students master the knowledge about how to read and can create the feeling, the understanding of reading. At the same time, students also improve their appreciative abilities with the healthy development of their personalities.In the urban fringes, some schools have been set up during the course of accelerating the socialization and with the development of modern education. Some students in these schools come from the poor families and the others are mainly from migrant workers.' families. Most of these students' intelligence and mentalities are the same as the students' in other schools. However, their motivations, habits, abilities and grades of studies are quite different from the others'. In these schools, 60% students have difficulty in study because of different kinds of reasons. Only 30% students get the good grades in their studies because of good bases. And the last 10% students give up their studies completely. According to the conditions of these three kinds of students', teachers should use pertinence ways to teach students and improve the efficiency in class teaching.Students are used to reading, thinking, appreciating works alone and writing some essays after reading by the self-directed preparation pattern. It can provide the basic support for class teaching. During the teaching process, in order to improve students' appreciative ability and give them the right directions to help students learn by themselves after school, teachers give students some necessary methods about reading all kinds of works. Teachers will choose the teaching content which is the most essential for each class and students must pay the most attention on the content. And teachers prepare some exercises for each class. Students can consolidate the knowledge which they have just learned and they can learn how to use the knowledge correctly. At last, the effect of the teaching can be enhanced. Of course, during the teaching process, teachers'require has different levels according to the quantity and qualities of students'. If some students own the better bases, it is impossible and necessary for teachers to organize a discussional class for these students and help them learn how to read further.In conclusion, all different kinds of students can improve their Chinese learning accomplishment if teachers strengthen students' basic knowledge and skills, or encourage students to take part in lots of Chinese activities. |
