The Chinese education has undergone a historic change after ten-year-ago curriculum reform. The quality of education is gradually deepened, which depends on the continuous improvement of professional standards of teachers. The effective way to improve the teachers'professional level is the professional development of teachers. The professional development of teachers becomes the focus of the people's attention increasingly.In recent years, the new teachers who has one seniority or two or three in the primary and secondary schools, especially in primary schools, become the main force of the school teachers. Their own concepts of development and professionalism of the rapid self-development will greatly influence the development of quality education.Teacher education institutions at all levels are trying hard to promote the professional development of teachers .Although the professional development of teachers is a multi-channel, but it can not be divorced from the environment of school.When the series for teacher professional development in the various schools are opened, the fact that is the most prominent drawback----the neglect of teacher professional development characteristics is showed.The new teacher professional development needs of the professional development of their fundamental internal driving force, which will directly affect the transition of new teachers into the experience teacher well and fast , and it can rapid the development of the education.School administrators need to know the the specific professional development that the new teachers need and they should adjust the management strategies to meet the different needs of new professional development of teachers, which can promote the professional development of teachers and also promote school development truly. In this paper, I make a survey of the new teachers'professional development from the teachers of all subjects who has one year or two or three years teaching. From the survey and the personal interviews, I understand the new teachers'requirements in the teacher professional knowledge, professional competence, education, philosophy, sense of self-development in four specific areas professional development needs. The comprehensive analysis of new teachers across the curriculum professional development ,it needs the common ,the individual performance and the causes. From the inspiration, I hope it can provide reference and recommendations for the school management.This thesis is divided into five parts, the first chapter is an introduction, description of the problem, defining the core concepts, the description of the background and significance of sight.The second chapter is literature review, the professional development of teachers, especially new issues of teacher professional development introduction and analysis of current situation analysis.Chapter III to study the design and implementation, focuses on research objectives, research and its ideas and methods, and detailed preparation of the questionnaire.Chapter IV is based on questionnaires and interviews, analysis of new teachers in teacher professional knowledge, professional competence, education, philosophy, sense of self-development of four specific professional development needs.Chapter V professional development needs of new teachers and the general characteristics of inspiration, a new comprehensive analysis of primary school teachers in various subjects ,teacher professional development needs of the common and individual performance and its causes, from the Enlightenment, so as to provide reference and we can get the recommendations of the school management from it.
