In recent years, as China's rapid economic development, building a harmonious socialist society, rural high school education has been some development, but construction of senior secondary education teachers are also faced with some unprecedented challenges. The current teachers in rural high school youth widespread lack of burden, stress, sense of responsibility is not strong, the prevalence of burnout, which is a major bottleneck restricting the development of the school.This paper analyzes high school teachers in rural areas to strengthen the construction of practical and theoretical value, combined with research situation, the use of literature, surveys, case studies of young teachers in the process of growing problems.
