In the rapid development of our economy at the same time, China’s social structure has undergone great changes in the influence character by environment, the most obvious is now the rural farming young people less, students after graduation to the more rural, rural kids to go to university more, the population in rural and city culture concept, moral concept, value ideas are more similar, these changes reflect the influence of the changes of social structure of the rural social structure. Changes of rural social structure, leading to the changes in the structure of rural labor, rural labor transfer to the city, and the rural labor force in the city are mostly engaged in the third industry, aging and young rural surplus population of prominent, the rural population structure of dumbbell type led to a large number of rural land not cultivated, affected the agricultural production.This paper summarized the school enterprise cooperation mode of cooperation, cooperation, the rural youth skills training, the meaning and content of school enterprise cooperation characteristics analysis, factor analysis on the basis of the rural youth in school enterprise cooperation model needs survey, based on the investigation results, the rural youth skills training for the Shenyang A school case is analyzed at the end of the school enterprise cooperation in the analysis of issues, and put forward the conclusion and policy suggestions.Based on the school enterprise cooperation of rural youth to participate in skills training, investigation and survey results, summed up the current rural youth skills training and some matters needing attention, including clear thinking, entrepreneurial farmer training, strengthen the training of professional planning, strengthening local agricultural industry characteristics, increase the entrepreneurial skill categories; take Shenyang city as the unit to carry out training business farmers, increase the skill training, propaganda, overall planning of agricultural industrial chain, improve peasants’ Entrepreneurship support policy.
