Vocational Values Education On Secondary Vocational Students: Significance, Problems And Strategies

Nowadays, with the fierce competition of talents, vocational values have become the key to influencing secondary vocational students'career selection, employment and entrepreneurship. In order to give them proper guidance of correct career selection, successful employment and active entrepreneurship, it's appropriate to analyze urgent problems in professional values education and to put forward effective educational strategies, which should be the main content of current vocational education.Firstly, the thesis defines the concept of vocational values, on the basis of which it illustrates its significance on vocational schools'moral education, employment, campus stability, construction, etc. Secondly, it raises some problems demanding urgent solutions in vocational values education and analyzes the reasons in four aspects: individual, family, school and society. Thirdly, the thesis, which aims to solve the problems in the vocational values education, puts forward some more systematic and effective educational strategies with the combination of theory and practice. Above all, it creatively expounds some effective and practical strategies, such as offering volunteer labor courses, encouraging secondary vocational students'participation in social activities, providing entrepreneurship opportunities and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation.
