Secondary vocational education,as an important part of China's vocational education,is responsible for the task of delivering technical skills to the society,and accelerating the development of secondary vocational education.It is of great significance to the development of China's human resources,the promotion of comprehensive competitiveness and the sustainable development of the high quality of society.Under the 2025 background of industrial manufacturing,the transformation and upgrading of industry to the talents has not only stopped the master of technical skills,the higher the demand for the training of talents in the society,the greater the responsibility of the vocational colleges and universities,the technical skills cannot meet the needs of the employers and the development of the society.The first condition for the enterprise to use people.With the development of the times,the state clearly suggests that vocational education should adhere to the development strategy of the quality of connotation.At the same time,the requirements of technical skills talents to their own growth are increasing,and it is urgent for secondary vocational colleges to speed up the pace of constructing humanistic quality education.Under the joint support of government,school,enterprise and society,the development of Vocational Education in China has made remarkable achievements.However,in the process of development,the humanistic quality education is still a very weak link in the vocational education,especially in the secondary vocational education system,and the secondary vocational schools are especially in the humanities quality education.There are many difficulties.If we want to keep healthy development of vocational education,we must face up to the reality,study the problems,break through the difficult position,and seek practical and effective paths.Based on the background and significance of the research on the humanities quality education of secondary vocational school students,the present situation of the development of the humanistic quality education in secondary vocational schools is discussed through literature research and questionnaire survey.The survey results show that the main problems of secondary vocational students' humanistic quality education can be summarized in two aspects.First,secondary vocational students lack knowledge of humanistic quality education.The specific performance is that secondary vocational students lack knowledge of humanistic quality education and lack of humanistic knowledge.Secondly,the performance of secondary vocational students' humanistic quality is not good.The concrete performance is that the moral performance of secondary vocational students should be improved,working degree burnout and vocational consciousness are weak.This paper,in view of the problems,deeply explores the reasons for the existing problems,and draws a conclusion that the main problems existing in the humanistic quality education of the secondary vocational students are closely related to the deviation of the social traditional ideas,the neglect of the humanistic quality education,the unreasonable course setting,the lack of classroom teaching and the lack of the establishment of the network platform.Aiming at the status quo of the investigation,this paper finds out the problems and seeks the reasons,and induces the causes of the problems.Finally,the paper puts forward the specific countermeasures of "four cultures",namely,social culture,campus culture,classroom culture and network culture,in order to provide feasible methods and strategies for the secondary vocational schools to strengthen the humanistic quality education and effectively improve the students' Humanistic Quality in secondary vocational schools.
