Practical Research On Extramural Education Teachers' Training Ways Of Professional Abilities

Extramural education is an important part of socialist educational cause, and it is an important way to implement quality education, and also the important position to strengthen the development of socialist spiritual civilization and minor's construction of morals and thought. Extramural education plays an important role in cultivating minors innovative consciousness and practical ability, promoting the comprehensive development of minors fields, However, extramural education development has not been paid enough attention in the long process of education, it is much more slowly than school education.And so as the school education, construction of extramural education teachers' team, especially the teachers' professional ability, is the core issue of the education quality problem.This paper will examine the construction of extramural education teachers' team and try to research promotion channels of teachers professional ability on the basis of existing literature.Paper consists of six parts, the first part of this paper introduces the research background, research papers, study plan, The second part review the existing research, the third part put forward the focus that how to enhance the ability of teachers, the fourth part analysis teachers' professional ability content system, the fifth part, on the basis of analysis of the relevant case, according to the characteristics of education outside the school education, design with the actual situation of the teachers' professional ability promotion channels, the sixth part of this paper makes a summary of the research, and discuss the future research.
