Democratic Class Management: Soil For Students' Spiritual Health

Class management in votional high school is a necessary part of school management, which plays a major role in realizing the educational goals. and cultivating the students. Compared with the students in ordinal high school, the ones in vocational school have their own particularities in the cultural basis and the quality accompolishment. Therefore, there are many difficulties in class management, whose objects are vocational high school students.The purpose od this thesis is introducing the idea of democratic management into class management, which gives prominence to the indivudual independency, fully respects the reasonable individual needs,arouses studuents'initiative, enthusiasm and creativity,emphasizes to develop the spiritual health of vocational high school students.The article shows great practical signification in guiding class management in vocational high school.The article contains 4chapters; it based on theory of interpersonal relationship, system, psychological development. Five calsses with 206 students in a secondary vocational school in kunshan chosen as the object of investigation, methods of literature, inspection, interview and questionnaire survey are unified specifically in research in order to find out practical problems in the class management. The analyses are as following:in terms of society, market economy in social transformation caused people to neglect their own moral support; in terms of school, the enlargement of enrollment scale resulted in the governor's ability not equal to their expectation; in terms of family, parents overlooked their children's mental development; in addition, teacher's comprehensive quality is not good enough. Lack of effective exchanges and communications between teacher and students also is one of the reasons. The paper came to a conclusion of the scientificity and efficiency of democratic management executed in vocational high school.
