Nowadays, oral communicating ability is becoming an essential skill for everyone to compete for and cope with a job gradually.According to the educational policy in secondary vocational schools, Aim to Serve,Lead to employment, the education of oral communication should serve for forming a student an integrated occupational capacity, promoting the development of his/her caree and making him/her an employee of high quality.Therefore,it's necessary to do researches in the education of oral communication in secondary vocational schools.The features of the education,development of its outlines and textbooks and conditions of the studies are analysed in the paper.The opinion that the oral communicating ability of secondary school students should be improved through systematic education is given on this base.In addition,the meaning,features and significance of systematic oral communication education are studied.In order to put stress on the characteristic of oral communicating education in secondary vocational schools,it is likened to the oral communicating education in senior high schools by comparative analysis.The author aim to use principles of occupational education,psychological theories and linguistic theories to instruct the systematical education of oral communication.The practice of systematical education of oral communication in secondary vocational schools chiefly develop a student's basic mandarin speaking ability,listening and comprehensing ability,common oral communicating ability and occupational oral communicating ability.Among the four aspects above, training a student's consciousness in communicating,professions,circumstances and wording is especially vital.Much attention should be paid to a student's nonverbal communicating ability through the practice,especially the forming of self-confidence.Evaluation on oral communicating education in secondary vocational schools plays an important role in systematic education as well.The evaluation systems overseas offer us the train of thought;suggestions about perfecting the oral communicating evaluation are put forward in the paper.In general, aimed at secondary vocational school students'study situation,using systematic education to promote their oral communicating ability is practicable and effective.
