As one style of the higher education, the Higher Vocational Education takes on the task to cultivate the high-skilled personnel who can meet the need in the first line as the missions of construction, services and management. The implementation of the work plans, management activities, as well as the education policy in the Higher Vocational Colleges have to rely on the practice of the class education and teaching to achieve, so class management education in higher vocational colleges plays a very important role.However, with the development of the times, the outlook on life and the values of the contemporary college students appear some new circumstances during when shaping: the cohesion of classes is declining step by step; a number of students are disappointed at the study style and interpersonal relationship in the class and the basic functions of the class failed to to play its due role. Especially in the higher vocational colleges, the style of study and the school spirit need to be improved. The traditional class model is difficult to adapt to the need of the current development in the new situation. As we all know, class construction is the core part of the college students work, and it is also the basic of the ideological and political work to the college students. The class construction is the process in which a class improved from the formation, development to maturity gradualiy. In the new situation, how to strengthen the construction of classes is an important issue need to be confronted by each teacher, student counselors and education administrators.During the undergraduate learning and the work in the Yong Shi's Garments Co., Ltd. in Baoding, the author was impressed by the tremendous impact the CIS brought to the enterprises. In recent years, the author has been working in practice as a counselor of higher vocational college, then to apply the successful management theory into the classes construction and management has been lingering in my mind.This article will try to introduce the concept of cultural management into the management of vocational classes, while the CIS theory provides a way for this line of thought. In the heoretical aspects: based on the clearness of the concepts of cultural management and CIS, the author first proposed the concept of cultural management by CIS, and then analysed the attributes and characteristics of the vocational classes, thus the author proposed that the vocational classes need cultural management, and further the model of cultural management class and the approaches to achieve in the vocational classes. In the practice areas: take the image construction in class 06-02 majoring in marketing as the case, the author, through the elaboration of its favorable conditions for the image construction, the image display and effects analysis, introduced the methods of the process applied CIS for the image construction of schools. Successful experience and the confusion in this essay will be cited for reference.The purpose of this subject is clear: to apply the educational research for the education management practice. The study is based on the theory but practice-oriented. Although very difficult, the author rather gain a sense of accomplishment. The author hope through the study of this subject to arouse more vocational classes managers to avoid blindness in practical work and gradually form a systematic, scientific, and then a personalized characteristic, which can set up the characteristic brand in the tide of the Higher Education Reform and make contribution to the development of China's higher vocational education.
