| Any enterprise which wants to develop needs the support of enterprise culture.It is same true for the higher vocational college.At present,China’s Higher Vocational Education in order to better meet the needs of the development of the society and the enterprise,the higher vocational colleges and universities should strengthen the cooperation with the enterprises and introduce the enterprise culture into the higher vocational education.Students in higher vocational colleges are mainly technical personnel,if the technical personnel in the school learning stage has been after a good corporate culture,they will bound to enhance the conjunction degree of enterprise management of the employment in the future.So,this article is about the construction of enterprise culture in higher vocational colleges which is of great significance.This paper through the corporate culture related literature sort out the basis framework for the study of corporate culture which is from the material level,the institutional level,the spiritual level as well as the behavior level.This paper takes this framework as a basic to design the analysis framework of corporate culture.Based on the framework of the design of the NY Vocational College enterprise culture construction survey questionnaire and take a sampling survey on the whole school teachers,students.This article through the questionnaire survey found that in the material level,NY in Higher Vocational Colleges lack corporate culture and lack corporate cultural activities.In the institutional level,the leading level of higher vocational colleges limit the teachers’ teaching activities.In the spiritual level of NY,NY vocational colleges and universities lack a clear corporate culture of the concept of running.In the behavioral level,the teaching has a weak the role model.Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions.In the material level,to build the layout of the building,landscape design to shape the culture of higher vocational education.In the institutional level,improve human resources management system,to implement the order type training,and actively take practice teaching,simulation teaching and so on.In the spiritual level,to strengthen the teaching staff of the mission and sort out core value management.In the behavioral level,regulate the behavior of teaching staff,start the enterprise cultural lectures,the implementation of staff management of students.And in view of these suggestions,this paper clear the implementation of security measures.Higher vocational colleges can enhance the development of universities through the introduction of enterprise culture,improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational education,higher vocational colleges and technical personnel let go out to meet the social and business needs and promote the rapid development of China’s higher occupation colleges.The research results of this paper can be used for reference and reference for other colleges and universities in the same industry. |
