Teaching does not have set rules but it has its own strategy. No matter what kind of teaching methods and forms teachers use, they must be truly concerned about its efficiency. Teachers must make full use of their time in class. According to students'cognitive characteristics and rules, teachers should take effective ways to improve students'initiative in order to make teaching in middle schools more efficient. Teachers should change their traditional ideas and establish the subject management thoughts of Chinese teachers. Teachers should reflect on the teaching behaviors in Chinese classes from the aspect of stopping'invalidity'to promote'effectiveness'and'efficiency', so that'efficiency'permeates every aspect of classroom teaching. Teachers must be clear about the roles and uses of the three elements(teachers, students and teaching materials ) in efficient management of classroom teaching. Teachers should give students full play for their dominant roles in their own learning, and make it clear that teachers are only advisers and helpers of students. Teaching materials are only tools to help organize class teaching and learning activities. Teachers should study every aspect of the in Chinese teaching, that is, to what extent and in what way, the related teaching activities are the most effective.
