Hunan Normal University Physical Education Specialty Running Condition Of Research

Thesis of Hunan University and College Physical indicators of professional status of school conditions, in order to improve the sports specialty of Hunan College provide the basis for the conditions and recommendations. Physical Education, Hunan Province set up 21 universities and colleges such as the research object, using literature, interview surveys, site visits, comparison and mathematical statistics, research methods, Hunan University and College Physical professional input of funds, infrastructure, physical education teachers management team and an investigation of teaching, focusing on colleges and universities in Hunan Province PE teacher ratio, teachers with graduate degrees account for the proportion of full-time teachers, student teaching and research equipment value, student books and sports stadia to start school conditions survey, the use of SPSS11.0 statistical software, and logical analysis of mathematical analysis, the results are as follows:(1) Hunan University and College Physical Stadiums Administration unreasonable need to strengthen the specialization, standardization, systematic, and scientific management; (2) Hunan University and College Physical insufficient number of teachers, need high degree of professional sports; (3) Physical Education Specialty channels to form multiple channels of financial input, but the small proportion of other funding sources, the need to strengthen and speed up other Funding sources; (4) venue construction has begun to take shape, the basic task to complete the physical education, but still can not meet the physical education, extracurricular physical activity needs, and most of the venues is a professional and non-sports students shared their own without professional sports specific venues. College of Hunan Province for the current phenomenon of the status of physical education teaching conditions, under the current socialist modernization in China for senior personnel training requirements, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council promulgated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations document, issued by the Ministry of Education with the relevant regulations and spirit of the document to improve school conditions in Hunan PE countermeasures:(1) improving the investment on the dominant position of higher education funding to establish multi-channel financial input mechanism to strengthen efforts to raise funds universities and colleges; (2) establish the scientific concept of development, changes in Physical Education ideas, improve the professional status of PE in Hunan Province; (3) to strengthen physical education teachers, increase the number of physical education teachers; (4) the establishment of sports facilities management mechanism to ensure effective use of sports facilities.
