Medical ethics is the demand of the moral standards that arise out of the characteristics of medical, the code of conduct of people work in medical. Medical college is the cradle to train medical workers, improving the medical standards, transporting the medical personnel to hospital, but not only about these, should it vigorously carry out the medical ethics among the students.Currently, the professional ethics of Medical workers is almost good and that reflects the achievements of professional ethics education of medical and education of students. However, the content of medical ethics education is out of date; the forms of education are boring, and so on. That can not reach the aim of education. Coupled with socio-economic environment, driven by the interests of the market economy, college enrollment and other effects, the hospital's medical ethics have some new problems, which affect the cultivation of medical ethics for medical students. So educators must fully understand the necessity of carrying out medical ethics education among the students and grasp the main contents of medical ethics education for students。Taking students'ideological and political education work as a starting point, this paper, through the questionnaires conducted in college affiliated hospitals, attempts to have an in-depth understanding of the current construction of medical ethics in hospitals, and hospitals'requirements on medical ethics education in schools. Through discussion and questionnaires in schools, it gets to know the current concepts of medical ethics in the eyes of Students in School of Medicine, and the desire to accept medical ethics education. At last, combining the recommendations from hospitals and students'feedback, it stipulates for the program and content of medical ethics education, targeted at students'medical ethics education.Through a survey of students in each grade and their understanding of medical ethics education, it determines the content and form of education in each stage, targeted for medical ethics education.First of all, starting from the concept of medical ethics, by studying the status and trends of medical ethics, it analyzes the meaning and significance of college students'medical ethics education, including the origin of the concept of medical ethics, then comes to an conclusion that medical ethics has not only the general social and moral traits, but also professional ethic characteristics associated with medicine as a science. Then it refers to the definition and process of medical ethics education, including the five basic processes such as awareness, emotions, deutsche, beliefs and behavior of medical ethics, summarizing the meanings of medicine students'medical ethics education research, for example, medical ethics education is an important part of building harmonious society and campus; medical ethics education is the requirement to train qualified medical personnel for the society; medical ethics education is an important component of ideological and political education in college, etc.Secondly, by analyzing the reasons of the problems existing in current ethics education in medical schools, such as medical ethics education team should be further strengthened; ethics education methods are simple and the form is boring; old medical ethics education content could not keep up the pace of social development, the ethics education needs to be combined with harmonious campus building, etc, it analyzes the content of medical ethics education in medical schools, such as phases to determine the course and content of medical ethics education; to enhance the learning on our party, gave lectures to strengthen medical ethics norms, and medical regulations.Finally, it puts forward ways and measures for School of Medicine to enhance medical ethics education, for instance, to strengthen the team building of students'medical ethics education, including changes in the concept of teachers; to strengthen Counselor team building; to strengthen the team building of affiliated hospitals'teachers; to improve ethics education methods, including stimulating students'medical ethics emotions; in close contact with the classroom, enhancing the role of classroom education; through the Affiliated Hospitals'teachers'preaching by their own experiences, to enhance education practice; to create a positive school culture, to strengthen environment's effect on students in medical ethics, cultivate students'belief in medical ethics, including applying teaching to enjoyment, carrying out a variety of student activities; optimizing ethics education environment, strengthening the atmosphere of medical ethics education; enhancing harmonious campus.
