A Study About The Deviation Of Medical Ethics View Among Medical Students And Its Solutions

As an important standard to measure the level of medical workers’ professional morals,medical ethics has become an important expression of their ideological quality. For medicalstudents, the education of medical ethics can improve their moral awareness. By learning this,they can develop good medical ethics. Besides, they can learn the importance of medicalethics in their practical work, which ensures they will possess a high level of medical ethicsin their future work. As future medical workers, medical students should the responsibility ofrescuing the dying and save the wounded. In this sense, the education of medical ethicstoward them, will not only improve the moral level of the whole society, but also show thelevel of our spiritual civilization. Meanwhile, it may promote the construction of spiritualcivilization in the real social environment. A theoretical understanding of medical ethicseducation can go further, which may broaden the range that the study of medical ethics covers,and promote the moral education in medical colleges on the premise of strengthening theconnection between different subjects. In this paper, the systematic study of medical ethicsproblems is done from a theoretical point of view, so the academic field can further the studyof this field. In reality, the moral construction of citizens is the main content of present moralconstruction, and the professional moral included in it is of great significance, so in such aspecial medical industry more attention should be paid to the moral construction of medicalworkers. As we all know, the students in medical colleges are future medical workers, so it isnecessary to strengthen the education of professional morals among students. In broad sense,it will contribute to the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, and promote theupgrade of medical levels and development of public health. In narrow sense, it is reasonableto have the cultivation of medical ethics go throughout the entire study life of medicalstudents, to combine theory with practice, to highlight clinical practice—a transition period,to take skill training as priority, to have them develop the ability to work individually, all ofwhich will help them finish the transition from a student to a doctor effectively and turn theminto qualified medical workers.To strengthen the education of professional moral among medical students in theirleaning period, will not only promote the construction of spiritual civilization and development of public health, but also help to reinforce their inner thought about medicalethics in the transitional period of becoming a doctor, which ensures a high level ofprofessional skills and medical ethics. The paper uses the ideological and political educationamong students as a starting point, and with a questionnaire aimed at medical students itgains some insight into the present construction of medical ethics, the opinion and thedemand of the hospital and society on the education of medical ethics in school, theunderstanding of college students towards the education of medical ethics, and what theywant to learn about this field. The plan and emphasis of such an education is determined byintegrating the above research data, which leads to a targeted education. With a survey amongstudents in different grades and based on their understanding about the education of medicalethics view, the content and form of education in different stages are determined. Someeducational solutions are put forward to deal with the defection of medical ethics view amongstudents. The paper first analyzes the connotation and significance of the education ofmedical ethics among college students, and on such a basis, summarizes the significance ofstudying this issue. Then the present education of medical ethics view has many problems,for example, the team for the education of medical ethics needs to be enlarged; the teachingmethod is simplified and the form is boring; the its content is outdated and can’t keep pacewith social development, and how to combine it with the building of harmonious campus, etc.By studying these problems and causes, the solutions to perfect the education of medicalethics is given, including to divide it into several stages, to enhance the learning of partylectures, medical ethics regulations and medical laws, etc. Finally the ways for medicalcolleges to improve the education of medical ethics are suggested, for example, to build upthe team for the education of medical ethics, to borrow the advanced experiences abroad, tooptimize the social educational environment, and so on. Hopefully, the present research canbe used as a reference for the education of medical ethics among medical students in ourcountry.
