Universities Network Moral Education Actual Effecte Research

As the development of internet and rapid use of information technology ,a new network environment which created the new survival state and contact space has come into being. In this context, how to enhance the effectiveness of universities network moral education under new situation and create new situation on universities moral education work becomes a significant time topic.
