The Contemporary international communities all value a school education, piercing through an education in the whole processes of education work, even treat moral education as most essential aspect and the highest aim, especially contemporary west main developed countries also raise the reform of moral education to a higher level which relates to the national destiny .With the deepening of domestic reform and opening and the globalization, international economy gradually globalization ,there is a higher demand for the professional staff in 21st century, so moral education should be the first toundertake this heavy responsibility------give play to its function. Because ofvarious reasons, current moral education couldn't do that.
