It's more than 30 years from the Reforming and Opening up in China. The transformation from traditional agricultural society to the modern industrial society has completed basically. The economic dimensions have been developing unprecedentedly, industrial economy becomes the main subject, service business has gained a rapid developing. With the further development of the economy and society, the potential of the current mode promoting economic growth has nearly exhausted which rely on the foreign trade, the technology imported and the cheap workforce. The further development of the economy in our country depends on technology innovation and industrial progress more and more. We need develop vocational education vigorously to provide enough high quality workers, technicians and engineers for the development of our country's economy and society.It mainly includes two levels in our vocational education system. The secondary vocational education is mainly held by the vocational high school,secondary or vocational college or technical school undertake, cultivating skilled workers, the higher vocational education is mainly held by technical college, main train technicians. With industrialization, productions are increasingly dependent on technology innovation. Theories of technology are used more widely in the production process, Requirement on the technology and theory in the employee is corresponding higher than before. Workers teams composed by technical workers and technicrans have gradually cannot completely meet the need of industrial development for talents. In addition, the main aspects of economic growth turn to high-tech industries;it requires more professionals with theories of technology. The transformation of economic structure and growth mode put forward new demands for talent structure and quality of talent that more than skilled man. It needs the more senior talents with deep scientific theory foundation of knowledge, can use technical knowledge and technical theory in designing and production practice.Some newly founded undergraduate colleges and universities command the new demands of talent, mirror the experience of running technology education in developed countries and regions, give play one's own advantages, hold technology education in universities to cultivate higher level talents. It's not a long time from the beginning of holding technology education in universities. The connotation of education for technology in universities is not yet shaped.It's not very clear that what kind of talents it cultivates, what's it's differences with ordinary undergraduate or vocational education, what kind of curriculum system can reach the target, how to develop education teaching activities, and so on. The purpose of this study is to investigate the target positioning, concludes the normal framework of the expression on education goal, promote the general of the development of the related theory and practice.
