Writing is necessary for Chinese teachers as a basic ability. The Chinese super teachers are outstanding representatives of the group, "writing" in their teaching and research plays an important role. This paper selects three of the Chinese teachers Zhao Qian Xiang, Wang Jun, Li Weidong as research objects in Beijing. They use writing to promote their own unique experience of education reform and teaching research. The thesis is as follows:First, present the typical cases of the three Chinese teachers, including their unique understanding of the writing and the practice of combining writing and teaching, these cases reflect the common teaching conceptions of three teachers:practice big language teaching view; make ability and literacy develop harmoniously; pursuit "the common life" of teachers and students. The three aspects not only reflect their hard work in the real level, but also demonstrate their relentless pursuit of the ideal Chinese language education. Then the author explores the resons of the three Chinese teachers' success:the positive emotion of career; good writing quality; a strong awareness of independent innovation. Finally, the author strives to explore the development that they grow from common teachers to teaching experts, they are deeply rooted in the everyday practice of Chinese language teaching,, their writing, on the one hand, services to combine teaching and research in teaching, on the other hand, be used to sum up practical results and enhance the experience, this is the early stage of their study. The symbol which means their researching peak is Zhushulishuo,they summed up their philosophy of Chinese language education and raised personalized research banner in their books.Trends in teacher professional development requires that primary and secondary school teachers not only possess excellent teaching ability, but also possess the necessary research capabilities, it proved that teaching research is an effective way to promote the professional growth of secondary school teachers, the educational reform and teaching research practice of the three Chinese super teachers provides a good model to the majority of Chinese teachers.
