With the development of the times, people have attached more and moreimportance to the teacher’s teaching personality. But in today’s education practice,thephenomenon of the lost of the teaching personality is very serious.Through theresearch of the teaching personality of the super-class Chinese teachers in the middleschool, the paper aims to provide inspiration for the cultivation of the teachingpersonality of the normal teachers.In the first part of the article,the author briefly discusses the source of thesubject,the significance of the reseaech, the related research,the research methods andgoals.The second part of the article mainly discusses the concept and characteristics ofthe teacher’s teaching personality,the lost of the teacher’s teaching personality intoday’s China.The third part of the article mainly discusses the exhibitions of theteaching personality of the super-class Chinese teachers in the middle school. Thefourth part of the article mainly discusses the affecting facters of the cultivation of theteaching personality of the super-class Chinese teachers in the middle school.At last,the fifth part of the article mainly discusses the approaches to thecultivation of the teaching personality of the super-class Chinese teachers in themiddle school. And this is also the aim of author’s research.
