High schoolteachers'job embeddedness refers to the current high school faculty is closely linked to the work,because of the school,the family,the material conditions and individual cognitive factors.The teacher whose job embeddedness level is high is leading a more happy and creative life.Research on it has important significance to the school management and teaching.Through some standard research methods such as literature review and survey investigation with more than 800 teachers in 13 different kinds of Chinese high school which were from 7 cities in China. Such statistics as exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and regression analysis were applied for the data analysis. The conclusions were drawn as following:First,high school teachers'job embeddedness is consists of four dimensions:organization fusion,organization sacrifice,community fusion and community sacrifice. High school teacher career self-efficacy is three-facters structure,including the curriculum management self-efficacy,career enterprising self-efficacy and the emotion regulation self-efficacy. The content validity of questionnaires accuracy reaches psychometric requirements.Second, high school teachers curriculum management self-efficacy have significant positive influence on organization fusion,community fusion and community sacrifice;career enterprising self-efficacy have significant positive influence on organization fusion and organization sacrifice;emotion regulation self-efficacy have significant positive influence on organization fusion.Third, high school teachers' subjective well-being'positive emotions have positive adjustment effect on curriculum management self-efficacy and community fusion;the interaction of positive emotions and career enterprising self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on organization sacrifice;negative emotions plays a positive adjustment effect on career enterprising self-efficacy and organization sacrifice;the interaction between curriculum management self-efficacy and life satisfaction plays a positive adjustment effect on organization fusion,community fusion and community sacrifice; life satisfaction have remarkable enhancement effect on career enterprising self-efficacy and organization sacrifice.Fourth, discussion about the demographical variables' effects on the contents of high school teachers'job embeddedness and career self-efficacy.It was found that the demographical variables had some significant effects on the contents of high school teachers'job embeddedness and career self-efficacy.Finally, Current limitations and future research orientation were also discussed at the end of the dissertation.
