With the development of China’s reform and economic, China’s higher educationhas also ushered in a period of rapid development, but it appears the problem ofemployment of college students. The national Forum on Employment of graduateswas held in Beijing on February22,2011,it indicated that the graduates scale in2010is six times than the beginning of this century, he number of college graduates in2011was660million,"Twelfth Five-Year" period of graduating average size will reachnearly700million people. The next five years the employment of college graduatespressure was much more than past years. North Forest Professional EvaluationNetwork and the Ministry of Lab our and Social Security Research Institute of Labour, jointly conducted by Sina,"The first job of College Students Survey," showedthat: fresh graduates find their first jobs about51%of the students choose replacementwithin a year; the wastage rate of students within two years nearly76%. The resultwas come out for many reasons, but the most important is likely to the relationbetween career choice and career self-efficacy, in this context to research and analysisthe relationship between them has a very important theoretical and practicalsignificance.In this paper, take seniors students in three universities in Henan Province for thesample, thronging field interviews and questionnaire testing research, summed up theten indicators of career choice including career choice skills and attitude. On this basis,thronging the reliability and validity testing, and finally selected six indicators tomeasure the career choice process. Finally, the use of scale derived from the processof career choice, and Guo benyu and Jiang feiyue on the preparation of professionalself-efficacy scale measured the186senior students of different specialties. The testresults are as follows:First, the senior student career choices can be divided into two parts includingcareer choice ability and career choice attitudes, career choice ability is divided into"professional cognitive ability","target selection ability","interpersonal skills" threeindicators; and career choice attitudes include "initiative","independence","reality"of three indicators.Second, according to indexes compiled by the six senior career choices, scaleinternal consistency reliability, content validity, split-half reliability and validity of the test values are good, its can be used as a tool for the measurement of career choice.Third, the senior career self-efficacy and career choice have significant positivecorrelation. as the overall survey findings indicate that occupational self-efficacy incareer education requirements for skills and career choice career choice attitudesshowed significant positive correlation. Occupational self-efficacy in the workresponsibilities for career choice attitudes and skills showed significant positivecorrelation. However, as the result of the career self-efficacy measurements,Occupational self-efficacy in the work responsibilities for the career choice attitudesand skills has more predictable.The paper based on the interviews with senior students and questionnaires,thronging the theoretical analysis and empirical research. from the perspective ofcareer self-efficacy, by analyzing the relationship between career choice and careerself-efficacy, throng the”window”of the career choice to explore the seniors deeperinside the psychological demands. This is expected to have the reference for thebusiness recruitment and training、career guidance of the college and the careerdevelopment of students.
