Research About High School Student’s Career Decision-making Self-efficacy、 Collective Career Efficacy And Career Decision Making Difficulties

Career development at the same time refer to self-efficacy and collectiveefficacy for Chinese youth. Collective efficacy is related to’parents,school,friendsinfluence to teenagers.Based on the contemporary study,athome and abroad,of career decision-making self-efficacy,collective career efficacyand career decision making difficultiesstudies,this research using the Career Decision—Making Self-efficacyScale-Short Form CDMSE-SF,Collective Contribution to CareerEfficacy Scale and My Vocational Situation Scale,MVSattempts to study relationshipbetween career decision-making self-efficacy,collective career efficacy and careerdecision making difficulties.Themain conclusions are as follows:First,independent sample T test show that career decision-makingself-efficacy,collective career efficacy and career decision making difficultiesaresignificantly different in gender.Second, independent sample T test show that career decision-makingself-efficacy,collective career efficacy and career decision making difficultiesare nodifferent in whether living with mother. The mension of plan is significantly differentin whether living with father.Third,variance analysis show thatcareer decision-making self-efficacy,collectivecareer efficacy and career decision making difficulties are significantly different ofsome mensions in par’ents education level.Fourth,the correlation analysis show thatcareer decision-making self-efficacyand collective career efficacy exist positive correlation, career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision making difficulties exist negative correlation.Fitfh’,the more confidence of parents helping students to choose a career,themore confidence of solve different problems,the less barriers they will face. The，more more confidence of schools helping students to choose a career, the moreconfidence of self-appraisal、collecting information,the less carriers information they’will need.The more confidence of parents helping students to choose a career,themore confidence of self-appraisal、goal selection、plan、problem solve,the lessbarriers they will face.
