In the June 2014,the State Department published the Report on the Decision of Speeding up the Development of the Modern Vocational Education,which proposed to " intensify the integration of production and education,school-enterprise collaboration,and cultivate high-quality workers and technically skilled talents",In 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping made clear the important strategic direction of "Stepping up the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise collaboration" in the report of the 19 th Party Congress.In december of the same year,Office of the State Council promulgated the first special text on the integration of industry and education,which has provided a strong systematic guarantee for the concrete implementation and enforcement of the integration of industry and education.To deepen the integration of industry and education is the essential way to promote the modernization and developmental change of vocational education,bearing the important mission of serving social development,complying with industrial changes and nurturing high-quality technical and skilled talents,and is an inevitable choice for the "double-high plan" higher vocational institutions to improve the mass of running schools and realize their own value.This paper presents a study of the construction status of the industry-education integration in eight higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province under the "Double-High Plan",and applies the case study method and survey research method to evaluate the status of the construction of industry-education integration in the sample colleges,the issues and their causes,and propose corresponding improvement measures.The integration of industry and education is an increasingly important model for the training of talents in higher vocational institutions under the " Double High School Plan".Therefore,the focus of this paper is to grasp the problems in the construction of industry-education integration in "double-high plan" higher vocational colleges and universities and to answer how to solve the problems.This paper profoundly grasps the current status of industry-education integration,school-enterprise cooperation and teaching production from three dimensions,and on this basis,it thoroughly analyzes the problems of insufficient service social capacity,inefficient school-enterprise cooperation mode,non-standardized teacher team construction,inadequate curriculum system structure and still unsound management system in its practice process,and further summarizes the reasons for its formation.Based on the existing mature theoretical system and the excellent experience of foreign industry-education integration construction,it is proposed that to improve the dilemma of industry-education integration in "double-high plan" higher vocational colleges,we should strengthen the system design and play the coordinating role of the government;get out of the cognitive fence and reconstruct the form of collaborative education of interest disciplines;optimize the schooling mode and promote the education and teaching reform of higher vocational colleges;deepen the long-term mechanism and build the ecology of sustainable development of industry-education,etc.Multiple measures are taken to promote the high-quality development of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational institutions.
