The Research Of The School-enterprise Cooperation Of Higher Vocational Colleges In Hubei

Currently, enterprises have become hard to seek new recruits in the manpower markets. On the other hand, more and more college students are unemployed when they are graduated. The reason behind this is that the technical ability of students does not completely match the requirement of manpower markets, which lack sophisticated and high-quality employers. The major aims of polytechnic schools are to train students for production, operation, management and service. Most of them have recognized the necessity and urgency of enhancing the communication between expertise and market. After many years of evolution, there are already large-scale and diversifying vocational educations. The vast majority of colleges and universities now have focused on connotative development. It is imperative to combine market and strengthen reforms, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, improve the quality of education. Thus, the survey of school-enterprise cooperation on specific situations, analyzing the problems, thinking fair, reasonable and timely measures is very necessary.In this paper, we take school-enterprise cooperation of vocational colleges in Hubei Province as an example, and conduct a comprehensive study of school-enterprise cooperation through face-to-face interviews and questionnaires from schools, departments, college students, corporation’s perspective, This organization of this thesis is as follows, In the first chapter, this paper first present current situation of Vocational Education in China and Hubei Province, and then analysis the research background of school-enterprise cooperation, purpose and significance of the concepts, related work, research methods and the main content of research; The second chapter analyzes the related theories. In Chapter III, this paper introduced the current status of school-enterprise cooperation for four vocational colleges in Hubei Province. The fourth chapter analyzes school-enterprise cooperation in practical problems. Chapter five discusses the strategies of school-enterprise cooperation to promote healthy development of vocational colleges. In Chapter VI, we summary and discuss our further work.
