Study On The Flexible Motivation Mechanism Of Security Guard In Universities Based On The Assumption About Human Nature

During the past long time, the research of the flexible motivation mechanism of security guard in universities based on the assumption about human nature has not been highly taken into account.With the transition of the administration conception, the administrators in some academic universities recognize that the flexible motivation mechanism is an important strategy to upgrade the staff administration. Consequently, the studies about the motivation mechanism have been more and more take into account for the staff of the safety security department. Based on the current research results, the flexible motivation mechanism of security guard in universities based on the assumption about human nature has been carried out in the paper in which it meets the demand of the humanity of the universities.With the help of theories of staff resource and the results of the questionnaire, a new flexible motivation mechanism of security guard in universities based on the assumption about human nature has been presented in this paper. The new mechanism which is much helpful to enhance the university safety is related to the many factors such as the human demand, flexible conception, stimulation strategy and advanced staff policy.The thesis consists of five sections. The current progress of flexible motivation mechanism, the research purpose and method of the thesis are briefly introduced in the first section. The theories, the existing research results and the conception of human nature and flexible motivation mechanism are offered in the second section. The existing circumstances of the flexible motivation mechanism of security guard in universities based on the assumption about human nature are shown in third section, and the current motivation mechanism of security guard of universities in Beijing are analyzed in this section. In the fourth section, some reasonable advices for the motivation mechanism of security guard of universities are offered. Some conclusions and predictions are drawn in the fifth section. It is useful of the research result of this paper to promote the administration function and to strengthen the safety security of the universities.
