The combination of Marxist theory and Modern Management Theory helps to develop the new trend from knowledge management, scientific management to cultural management, which is also applicable to school management. Modern schools need modern management, and school teacher management is of great significance because teachers are an essential force to drive forward an excellent school. Cultural management, a new trend of 21 century middle school teacher management, should be introduced in order to help their self-development and self-management.Based on the theory of corporate culture and present school situation, this author tries to analyze the middle school teacher culture management mode from both the theoretical and practical perspectives. The paper falls into four chapters, covering the research background, the significance, the literature review, research content and method, the definition of middle school teacher management, the construction of the theory, and the application of the theory. The author holds that when constructing the middle school teacher culture management theory, we should always bear in mind the teacher-based, win-win, and lifelong learning ideals. Respecting teachers, encouraging them to participate, supporting their interest and group values can help the process of recruiting, using and reeducating teachers. To ensure a balanced development of both schools and teachers, schools should establish the modern teacher management system to promote teachers'self-development and sense of belonging by inspiring Teachers'Spirit, Emotion Motivation and cultural permeating.
