Educational Action Research Exploration And Practice, A Young Biology Teacher Professional Development

The research in educational action and the growth of teachers'specialization are the heated problems which have been researched in educational theory and practice in the latest years. Especially with the subjects reform of basic education taken one step further.To realize teachers'specialization growth based on schools'inner teaching research is gradually becoming a new increasing point of changing trational education .As a new researching approach of educational science, The research in educational action has a good search for the way to realize the growth of teachers'specialization and theory and practice which is paid more attention by scholars in education and front-teachers of teaching. According to the schools'inner researching way to the basic educational reform, combine research in educational action with the growth of the teachers'specialization to find a practical bridge to the growth of the teachers'specialization. That is, if a teacher wants to become a researcher , he or she only realize the growth of his or her own specialization through practice ,educational circumstances and researches in educational action. This paper illustrates the function of the research in educational action to teachers'growth specialization from the historical development of research in educational action and the charactoristics and general procedures of research in education action. And through the researching practice of young biology teachers, it has been proved that this scientific approach influnces the teachers'specialization and find out the factors of restricting the research in educational action and analyze its reasons. Initially this paper puts forward the replying measures of taking research in educational action one step further and promoting the specialization of young teachers'growth .
