Learning concepts is for the individual students on knowledge, learning and experience held by the phenomenon of visual awareness in everyday learning activities, classroom teaching and the social and cultural environment gradually. Each student has their own set of learning concept, and use this concept to guide their learning activities. With the reform of basic education, full implementation of the new curriculum, the traditional concept of learning greatly challenged by high school students as future teachers, their learning the correct concept is directly related to the quality of teaching middle school students and the quality level of training. Based on the concept of Learning of Students in the investigation and the following background on the new curriculum, science teachers and students who learn high-concept studies were compared, and the entire paper was carefully designed.Papers from the introduction, content and conclusion of three parts such as body composed of six parts. Summarized as follows:Introduction Part I:Background and description of the issues identified, the purpose and meaning, the definition of the concept and research methods.Part I:describes the outlook of learning the theoretical basis of current situation and research. Research on the concept of studying abroad, the domestic concept of learning were reviewed, on the New Curriculum Study of Students in Learning Theory describes the theoretical basis.Part II:is the core of the article, the high teacher-student learning view of Investigation and Analysis. Teachers and students learn from a teacher from the high motivation, learning objectives, learning content, learning methods, learning styles, learning interests, and new curriculum ideas, etc. to set the questionnaire, on paper, science teachers and students to learn high-concept were compared, and the resulting Culture, science teachers and students in higher learning where the concept of difference, and analyzes the reasons for these differences.Part III:According to the survey to reflect and make a correct guidance of Students, the scientific view of the recommendations of the study.Research obtained:In the learning methods, learning content, cooperative learning and innovation of learning, culture, science teachers and students there was no significant difference in high. Independent learning and inquiry learning, science students than liberal arts students excellent. Science teacher to student motivation, interest in learning and understanding the concept of the new curriculum are significantly higher than liberal arts students.Thus, this paper Cultivating the correct scientific view of the proposed study:1. High students should be established four learning concept:self-learning concept, concept of cooperative learning, inquiry learning concept, innovative learning concept.2. Reform of the high teacher-student learning assessment system and the curriculum Normal University set up a sound system of colleges and universities system of personnel development.Conclusion section:analysis of the limitations of this study and the author on the prospects for future research.
