Social harmony and stability needs social equity, besides, social equity definitely include educational equity. Meanwhile, as a key factor to improve the quality of education and the core of all education reforms, teachers are the important guarantee for the realization of educational equity. Therefore, Focusing on teacher education,not only belongs to the important measures to ensure social stability but also implements the strategies of rejuvenating China through science and technology,which in turn promotes "China dream, education dream". As the "frontier" to cultivate primary and secondary school teachers, normal university should pay more attention to teacher education, especially in teacher education curriculum development and system construction. With the advancement of elementary education curriculum reform and teachers’ qualification system reform, the established teacher education curriculum reform will also attract extensive attention of the state and society.Promote and deepen the reform of teacher education to bring up a group of primary and secondary school teachers who want to hold and who are accustomed to reflecting for practice and hold the concept of lifelong education. experts and scholars are expected to do serious thinking and discussions on issues related to teacher education curriculum in normal universities. Based on previous research, this paper centers on dealing with the following two things through literature method, and interview method: Firstly, analyzing the status quo of teacher education curriculum’s goal, setting, implementation, evaluation and management in the partial deployment,provincial and local normal universities; secondly, pointing out the problems existing in the current teacher education curriculum in normal universities on the basis of teacher’ s qualification authentication and the specific requirements of practitioners,which are the fuzziness and discontinuity of Curriculum Goal, the irrationality of some curriculum, the unicity of curriculum implementation, the fragmentary regulations on curriculum evaluation, the deviation on curriculum management. In view of the problems appeared in the curriculum, this paper tend to perfect the relevant strategies on the teacher education curriculum system on the basis of the existing reform. Considering the idea of teacher education curriculum system, this paper will goes deep into the theme from the following aspects: clearing curriculum objectives, perfecting the course system, scientifically implementing teaching methods, creating effective evaluation system, refining curriculum management system. strategies on Normal universities teacher education curriculum reform arethe emphasis, difficulties and innovations of this research. Meanwhile, the suggestions on creating some new teacher education curriculum, cultivating“comprehensive type” educators made under the teacher education curriculum standard(trial) meet for the future needs, which, to some extent, are the innovations of this paper. Curriculum reform should pay attention to the development of theory and its feasibility. With this criterion, teacher education curriculum reform not only promote the reform of elementary education and teacher education in our country, but also deepen and perfect the teacher education theory.This paper focuses on the adaptation of the current teacher education curriculum in normal universities and teacher qualifications, and then puts forward some relevant suggestions on solving the problems about the current teacher education curriculum.By doing this, this paper is expected to do something good for our country’s teacher education curriculum about the cultivation of high, refined, sharp, and professional teachers in normal universities.
