Two:there are much more female members than male members. Member education,income,consumption and fitness level exists between the relationship with each other and advance. Three:The sex factor influences the member's choice of fitness programs. Four:Member's motive are mainly to exercise,build their body figures and relieve their working pressure. Five: Members of the fitness space,equipment,price,programs,coach team and there is room for improvement in quality of service issues. Six:The club should strengthen the cooperation with mediums, should change and improvethe disseminate mode and dimension. Seven:Members of the club is satisfied with the overall satisfaction rating.Through surveying the members' behaviors of this club, to analyzes the city people's sports consumption's emotion,features,rules,factors influencing and satisfaction, to find away to achieve the people's sports consumption. To provide some reference information for regulating Zhengzhou's sports consume market, promote the development of the fitness industry and improve people's sports consume level.
