Effective professional guidance strategies are indispensable for the professional levelopment of teachers. Professional guidance strategies are various methods and neans adopted for the proper professional guidance and promotion of professional levelopment of teachers. It is mainly divided into three types:theoretical guidance trategy, empirical guidance strategy and practice-based guidance strategy. In terms of ts implementation, there are the following forms:organizing experts' reports, arrying out on-site teaching demonstration and establishing teachers' teaching workshops. However, it is hard to achieve favorable effects in the course of mplementing the professional guidance strategies. Individual difference is one of the easons, but the most important is that during the implementation process, there is an "intermediary" between "professional guidance strategies" and "professional levelopment of teachers" which is hard to be oriented. This so-called "intermediary" s what we call "internalization" in this paper.Professional development of teachers is actually a process from being a new (?)and towards mature. At the beginning stage, the teacher is a piece of "pig-iron". To (?)ecome "steel", the pig-iron needs to be tempered in fire. A new hand can not become (?)nature without the escort of professional guidance strategies. As the saying goes, tempered into steel"——pig-iron needs to be toughened and hardened into steel. In the (?)rofessional development process, each teacher will inevitably have to accept such a (?)ourse, i.e. the process of internalization of professional guidance strategies. The internalization of professional guidance strategies for teachers means that, luring the process of implementing professional guidance strategies, a teacher ntegrates what he/she has seen, heard or new knowledge acquired (including the (?)xplicit knowledge and tacit knowledge) into his/her cognitive structure, thus ontributing to changes in the existing cognitive structure, and further establishing a (?)ew cognitive structure. To become steel, pig-iron needs to undergo three processes: linkering, quenching and forging. In the same way, the internalization process also equires for three processes:assimilation, adaptation and introspection. In this process, he external knowledge interacts with existing knowledge of an individual until the ormation of new knowledge is achieved. In this process, teachers without elf-reflection will only be left in the "original" level. Only after a significant estructuring, synthesizing and creating, namely, introspection, may an individual cquire integrated individual experiences and complete the internalization.Internalization of professional guidance strategies facilitates the professional levelopment of teachers. This is a highly innovative research field. To help readers (?)cquire their "own experiences", the research is mainly qualitative and the narrative esearch method is adopted. From "my" perspective and in the observation, interview nd self-practice, the internal and external factors influencing the internalization of (?)rofessional guidance strategies for teachers are analyzed, specific strategies of the nternalization are explored and specific implementation measures and strategies on he three processes:assimilation, adaptation and introspection, are respectively (?)roposed in this paper. Hope that these discussions can be useful reference for the (?)rofessional development of teachers.
