The ideological and political course of the high school is devoted to educate high school students about ideological and political and is the main channel. We should make good us of the moral resources of the ideological and political course. the function of moral of ideological and political course can be active and effective.China has entered the building a moderately prosperous society and accelerating socialist modernization construction period. With the reform and opening up and development of market economy, socio-economic composition, the pattern of interests, distribution, great changes have taken place.All this has brought a profound impact to the people's thinking. With the trend of economic globalization and world multi-polarization, our country's facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. This put forward higher requirement for contemporary high school students of ideological and moral quality and requires the strengthening of ideological and political course of high school moral education. The moral effect of the current ideological and political course is not satisfactory, largely because there was no reasonable development of the moral resources of ideological and political course.In order to enhance the awareness of development and improve using of resource and development of moral capabilities,this paper studies the development and utilization of moral resources of ideological and political course. This total is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction, this section describes two major aspects. The first, describes the motivation and significance of selection " the development and utilization of moral resources of high ideological and political course,"Second, carry out a rough combing of development and utilization of moral resources of high school ideological and political course and relevant research. With the combing through the analysis of existing research,we can t better understand the status of their research, and further study the development of moral resources of the ideological and political courses.The second part is mainly based on existing research of the moral resources of ideological and political course. Then explain the basic concept of moral resources of the ideological and political course.Last clarify the characteristics and classification of moral resources of the ideological and political course.The third part discusses the meaning of development and utilization of moral resources of the ideological and political course. In order to enhance the effect of high ideological and political course and high school students physical and mental health and conform to the requirements of inherent requirement of the new curriculum we should exploit the moral resources of ideological and political course actively.The fourth part describes the problems of development and use of moral resource of ideological and political course of high school. There are four aspects, fist, teachers lack of awareness of development and utilization of the moral resources; second, ideological and political course materials are not be reasonably used.The third the dynamic process of teaching resources are neglected; last, teachers care about moral and political lessons,not activity resources.The fifth part, with the shortcomings of the status quo, we explore how to develop and utilize the moral resources of ideological and political course better. This part is divided into six areas, mainly:develope teaching resources to enrich teaching content; develop human factors of moral resources of the ideological and political course effectively; efforts to develop the hidden teaching moral resources of ideological and political course of high school; develop and utilize cultural moral resources of ideological and political course; enhance the development and utilization of social practice; use the network moral resources effectively for the ideological and political course.
