Research On The Class Management Mechanism Of Shishi No.8 High School

Class management is an important part of the school management, which is a management activity that includes co-operating and dealing with the relationship between outside and inside class. Its effectiveness will not only affect the students' mental and physical development but also the positive development of the whole school.Regarding No.8 High School as the research object and class management effectiveness as the core, the author makes a survey among the students and has a talk with some students, some teachers and some school leaders in No.8 High School, from which the author figure out that the students there lack autonomous management abilities during taking charge of the class. Also, there exist some questions of the class management among the head teachers in No.8 High School in Shishi City. The main cause of the two problems is imperfect class management mechanism. Class management effectiveness and Class management mechanism are related with each other. Class management effectiveness reflects the functions of class management mechanism, and class management mechanism ensures the effectiveness of class management. Therefore, in order to improve the class management mechanism and enhance the class management effectiveness in No.8 Middle School, the author shows the following ideas:First, establish the goals of class development. It is the direction of class management and the guiding system of class management mechanism. Second, improve a series of class management rules. It is the core and key of class management and the dynamical system of management mechanism. Third, strengthen the class management supervision and feedback. It is the important aspect of class management effectiveness and the guarantee system of class management mechanism. Fourth, pay attention to the class management strategy. It makes the head teacher understand and grasp advanced educational ideas and improve class management mechanism.
