Pay attention to students ’ characteristics, strengthen management, have been hot topicsin education. Past educational research to focus more on high school students ’ characteristics,into a three-year senior secondary stage, explore the influence of characteristics of students onclass management. I personally think that this Division was too broad, high phase has its ownparticularities, cannot be mixed up. Specifically, high school students cannot be separatedfrom the universality of high school students, but to be accurate on its position, to thoroughlyexplore the characteristics of high school students, look for these characteristics ofinfluencing factors, then look for the promotion of management-related policies. High schoolstudents are a special group, they are in "the weaning period of life, thinking a critical stage,physical development, learning in transition". These unique so that they exhibit differentcharacteristics than the other phases. Accurately grasp the characteristics of students in orderto effectively manage a class.This research the high student questionnaire and the interview questionnaire whichestablishes by oneself for studies the tool, take the Wendeng city high school as the example,conducts the investigation and study to the high student’s characteristic.Result discovery: Thehigh student in aspect questions and so on the compatibility, sense of responsibility, goalconsciousness, conflict, values is prominent, summarizes appears these characteristics thefactor the development phase which locates except the student body and mind, but also withpopulace media and so on network, television, market economy openness, correlations and soon education for all-around development, college entrance examination reform.Unifies theseinfluence factor, regards the high student’s characteristic dialectically.At the same time, thesynthesis educates practices the concrete case, the auxiliary correlation education interview,from completes student’s adaptation work, the strengthened sense of responsibility raise, helpsthe student to formulate the quantification goal, for student suitable reduced pressure, helpsthe student to establish the correct values, carries on the correct self-appraisal aspect topropose the promotion class and grade manages related strategy.
