High school education is the advanced stage of secondary education. Ideological and political education in high school plays an important role in training and improving students'character. Over the years, because of traditional educational philosophy, high school education ignored or little paid attention to the political initiative and enthusiasm of students. And indoctrination affected the teaching methods of high school education, which makes students passive for a long time. This does bad to students'character which is not conducive to the realization of the ultimate goal of social construction.With the development of the high school curriculum reform, the teaching philosophy of "the orritation of students'development" is increasingly popular with people. It has been the basic requirement for teacher to respect for students, understand students, care for students, and promote the full and harmonious development of students in the teaching of ideological and political. Therefore, humanistic thought's penetration in ideological and political education in high school becomes very important. Using literature study and lessons learned method, this article does some research about humanistic thought's penetration in ideological and political education in high school which is hoped to provide the ideological and political education of high school with some valuable suggestion. This article specifically includes the following sections:The first part mainly talks about the humanistic thought and it's significance in the teaching of ideological and political. Humanistic thought's penetration in ideological and political education of high school can help promote the smooth progress of the new curriculum reform, help ideological and political teaching of the moral function, and do good to promote students'overall development. It can also improve the timeliness of teaching. What's more, it plays an important role in improving teachers'professional standards.The second part discusses the theoretical basis of humanistic thought's penetration in ideological and political education of high school, which includes the psychological basis, learning theory basis and new teaching theory basis. These three theoretical basis laid a solid theoretical foundation for the penetration of humanistic thought in ideological and political education and will help ensure accurate and scientific penetration. The third part mainly analyze the problems and reasons of humanistic thought's penetration in ideological and political education. Due to the concept of traditional teaching, the traditional teacher-student relationship and the impact of traditional teaching mode, high school education still lacks the penetration of humanistic thought. The performance of a single teaching objective, dogmatic content, the relationship under the static classroom is not conducive to the healthy growth of students, and it's a serious problem need to be dealt with.In the last part, the article will propose appropriate countermeasures. High school education should establish a teaching philosophy which bases on humanistic thought—students'need;A harmonious teacher-student relationship is also necessary. What's else, high school education should change the traditional classroom model to ensure humanistic thought's penetration in all aspects of the ideological and political classroom, and so on.
