The development and use of Curriculum resources is an important concept proposed in national basic education, which makes extensive use of new curriculum in a variety of school curriculum resources, as well as the use of natural resources and social life on campus resources Expand teaching activities. Traditional Art teaching pays great attention on the textbooks, the tendency to mechanical training, which hinders the development of the art courses. In order to achieve the goal of curriculum reformation, we must change the traditional teaching mode, establish a new concept of curriculum resources, develop and utilize all school courses resources."Zhuge Liang Ancient Longzhong Culture" is a unique local cultural resource in Xiangyang, Hubei, and it is also the main component of Three Kingdom culture. As the habitation of a wise retreat-Zhuge Liang, Ancient Longzhong has a high research value in painting, sculpture, calligraphy, architecture, arts and crafts and other aspects, but has not been paid attention by the local art educators. This paper mainly discusses the four major aspects, the first chapter is a discussion of the significance of curriculum resources for the development of the ancient culture of Zhuge Liang Ancient Longzhong Culture; the second chapter is an overview of Zhuge Liang culture, curriculum resources and the educational function of the discourse; the third chapter mainly discusses the development and use of Ancient Longzhong Culture in the Art teaching in secondary school; the fourth chapter is about to discuss the results and thinking of the development and utilization for Art teaching practice in Zhuge Liang Ancient Longzhong. Through this study, we expect Zhuge Liang culture with local characteristics can go into the art classroom curriculum resources for students to learn, help them learn arts in a familiar geographical and cultural situation, and enrich the contents of art teaching in schools, help students go into their hometown culture, and guide students to love their hometown culture, and carry forward our national traditional culture, enhance their pride for our nation.
